Blurb made a printing error on my bookcover - the font I used from their list on Bookwright ended up with spaces in between several words. I scanned and sent them back the example which is clearly a tech error with the font . I asked for a refund but never heard back. One can never speak to a real person on Blurb which I find disconcerting. Does Blurb ever admit they are wrong ?
